IMPORTANT: We in Israel already read the Torah section called Shelach this past Shabbat.

* This Shabbat will be the yahrzeit-hilula of Rabbi Yonatan Ben Uziel (article #2), the top student of the great sage Hillel. His burial site in Amuka Valley, outside of Tzefat, normally receives tens of thousands of visitors a year, especially those that heard it is a propitious place to pray to meet one's destined marriage partner.
* Accordingly, the 2nd & 3rd articles focus on the theme of "soulmates"
* The 4th article is for the 4th chapter of the second cycle of Pirkei Avot, which many continue to study on Shabbat afternoons throughout the summer, until Rosh Hashana.
* Articles 5-7 relate to the weekly Torah reading, Korach.
