This whole week is within the Nine Days (see articles #1,2,7) with its extra restrictions commemorating the destruction of the Holy Temples in Jerusalem, culminating on the ninth day, known as Tisha b'Av, which will start, including the 24 hour fast, on Saturday after sunset, August 2, and end on Sunday, August 3, nightfall.
Articles #1,2,6 are for Tisha b' Av, while articles 3,5,7 will be in honor of the special day, Hei(5) Av, the yahrzeit of Rabbi Yitzchak Luria, the Holy Ari, the leaders of the 16th century Tzefat Kabbalists (after the passing of the Ramak).
This Shabbat, known as the "Shabbos of Vision" because of its Haftorah, is always read on the Shabbat that precedes Tisha b'Av. (#4, the 'middle' article)
