A note from the staff of Kabbalah Online in Tzefat
This Shabbat, in synagogue, we will hear the reading of:
(1) the weekly Torah Portion of Vayakhel, (2) the weekly Torah Portion of Pekudei, (3) the special supplementary reading of HaChodesh in preparation for Pesach, and (4) the blessings for the New Moon of Nissan and (5) the all-in-unison blessing "Hazak!" for completing publicly one of the Five Books of Moses. The first two articles are for the special HaChodesh reading, while the next-to-last two plus the story are for the "double parasha." |
