A Peaceful Shabbat
On Shabbat, there is no place for anger.
It is appropriate to take any measures necessary to guard against anger on Shabbat, and it is incumbent upon every Jew to heal any wound that his anger caused during the week.
Inner Powers and Environmental Influences
Moses was a firm believer in ‘self-help.’ Betzalel was from a different school of thought.
Moses was granted his many spiritual gifts only after his own effort. Thus, he was a firm believer in "self-help", that the holy vessels - representing one's inner soul-powers - be constructed before the Tabernacle itself.

However Betzalel, having achieved his greatness in Torah easily and at an early age, strongly emphasized the need to first create the proper environment – symbolized by the Tabernacle –before constructing the vessels themselves.
