Healing Hearts and Minds
In Redemption, the natural mutual exclusivity of intellect and emotions is overridden.
Although G-d did not fulfill His promises to the Patriarchs directly to them, they did not complain, because the Patriarchs' relationship with G-d was chiefly emotional. Moses, however, did complain because his relationship with G-d was chiefly intellectual.

G-d responded to Moses' complaint by saying that the natural mutual exclusivity of intellect and emotions will be overridden by the redemption from Egypt, that it will be possible for someone who is predominantly intellectual - such as Moses - to internalize the advantages of emotionalism, as well.
Two Names for Two Brothers
In this week's Torah reading, Kabbala teaches that Moses and Aaron personify the two divine names Havayah and Elokim, respectively. The name Havayah signifies G-d's transcendence, while the name Elokim signifies His immanence within Creation. The allusion to these two names in both orders refers to the experience of the union of these two names, i.e. the consciousness that G-d's transcendence informs His immanence.
