A note from the staff of Kabbalah Online in Tzefat
Welcome to our special PASSOVER 5781 (part 1) issue.
The Festival of PESACH begins on Saturday night, April 27, and ends after Shabbat of the following week (in Israel; Sunday night outside of Israel). Every article except one is about the holiday, including from Rabbi Yitzchak Luria on burning chametz, the "Holy Ari" of Tzefat (#3), the Warsaw Ghetto Rebbe on Shabbat HaGadol (#4) and Rabbi A. Brandwein of Jerusalem on — among several topics — the 4 cups of wine (#2), who.passed away a few years ago. The remaining article (#^) is about a special once-a-year blessing, which according to Kabbalah should be said specifically in Nisan, the current Jewish month that features Pesach in its 3rd week. The 113th anniversary of the birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe falls this Wednesday; two of his teachings for the 7th/8th Pesach Festival days are scheduled to appear in next week's issue, and one for Shabbat HaGadol was in last week's. Dedication
* For the soul elevation of Yehuda ben Yerachmiel (Tilles) on the occasion of his 45th yahrzeit, on the 3rd day of Passover
* The staffs of KabbalaOnline and Ascent of Safed wish all of our readers and all the Jewish people, a kosher, enjoyable, liberating, inspiring Pesach holiday and festival week. |
