This Shabbat, in synagogue, we will hear the reading of:
(1) the weekly Torah Portion of Vayakel, (2) the weekly Torah Portion of Pekudei, (3) the special annual supplementary reading of HaChodesh, and (4) the blessings for the New Moon of Nissan and (5) the exciting, unified, collective shout-out of "Hazak!" for completing publicly one of the Five Books of Moses. Articles #1-2 are for the special HaChodesh reading, while #4-6 are for the "double parsha," one each singly and one for the combination.
