A note from the staff of Kabbalah Online in Tzefat
Welcome to our special PASSOVER-Seder Night issue.
The Passover Festival begins on Wednesday evening, April 8, with "the Seder," and four of our articles delve deeply into this beloved Jewish occasion, two from the Zohar (#4,5) and two containing teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe (#2,3), in honor of the 118th anniversary of his birthday on Nissan 11 (2020: April 5). The first and last articles are also related. We held over the Annual blessing on Fruit Trees from last week on the home page — a nice family activity during the weekdays of the festival, if you haven't recited it yet. From the 2nd night of Pesach (Saturday night) through the night before Shavuot we "Count the Omer" - see article #6 (plus more in the weeks to come). Dedication
The staffs of KabbalaOnline and Ascent of Safed wish all of our readers and all the Jewish people
a kosher, enjoyable, liberating, inspiring Pesach holiday and festival week. |
