A note from the staff of Kabbalah Online in Tzefat
We are now starting the fourth book of the Torah, Bamidbar, which is also the name of this week's Torah Reading. The name means "in the desert," although many refer to it as "Book of Numbers."
Often this Reading gets ignored in this weekly magazine because it comes so close to the Shavuot festival. This year not though, so there are 3 interesting articles on it. The first day of this week is the celebration of Lag b'Omer, and that is the subject of the wondrous yet verifiable audio story that concludes this issue. Dedication
