The first two articles, on the theme of Moshiach and redemption, are based on the haftorah reading of the Eighth Day of Pesach, celebrated today (Tuesday), but only outside of Israel.
The ultimate goal of leaving Egypt was not just to escape slavery, but to forge the Torah Covenant at Sinai. There is a unique mitzvah for the seven weeks between the two holidays (articles 3-4).
Our 5th article presents mystical insights for the first chapter of Pirkei Avot (the mishnaic tractate of 'Ethical Principles'), of which we study one chapter each Shabbat until Shavuot (and many repeat the cycle until Rosh Hashanah).
The last two, as usual are for the Weekly Reading.
Have a happy, kosher, liberating End of Passover holiday week. Victory is in the air!
