Three consecutive verses (Ex. 14:19-21) each contain 72 letters, a rare phenomenon. Kabbalah teaches that if the letters of these three verses are arranged as 72 triplets of letters with the order of the letters in the middle set reversed, the 72 triplets become 72 "names" of G-d.
